Veg Fest Uk 2013

Sneaking in a little extra post today… following veg Fest 2013 yesterday.

Lots and lots of veggies and healthy snacks were consumed... may be too many sampled. I always forget how many different varieties of snack bar there actually are!

There were also some amazing seminars to attend, it was impossible to get to see all the ones that interested me but one of the highlights for me was the opportunity to listen to Scott Jurek talk about 'nutrition on the run'. There are many others I would have loved to have seen also.

One thing that I haven't seen in all the shows and exhibitions I've attended over the last years or so, and in all the online research I have done… It is a healthy vegan instant oat pot so I'm pretty excited about the potential for my Wholeplus Hot-Pots range still undergoing some final taste testing and packaging options. Coconut milk powder is the key ingredient to cream it up nicely just with adding hot water. The range will be available very soon though unfortunately to the UK only. My wholeplus range is something that's very dear to my heart as getting the message of 'real wholefood' out to the masses has become something of a mission!

In the next couple of weeks I will also have to have a mini e-book launching in conjunction with Real Food Source and once again it's driven from a shared perspective of motivating and inspiring people to 'keep it real' with simple and versatile ingredients... watch this space for more on that soon.

Have and inspiring and beautiful day!   I will leave you with a few foodie (mainly vegetabley) pictures full of beautiful colours!
