Definition For Ladies... my magazine recipe column!

I have a magazine column!  

That's pretty exciting for me as i'd love to find my way into writing more articles and publications!

Definition For Ladies is a vegan Fitness magazine...it's totally FREE to download and it's created by a team of volunteers who are passionate about plant based health, wellness and fitness.

This is issues two. I also contributed in the first issue last quarter... did you see it?

I wont give the secrets away but these are the recipes I feature:

The magazine is packed full of tonnes more recipes, fitness and wellness tips... all written by women and aimed at women.  I'm so happy to be a part of it, go and check it out!
