Last weekend I was listening to some of the 'Revitalize' lectures hosted by Mind Body Green and this quote particularly stood out to me. It harks back to procrastination and the sense of being 'scared' to put yourself out there.
I know for me I often go round in circles in my mind... holding back but then being annoyed at myself for holding back... resulting in holding back even more because 'i'm not good enough',
In Rich Roll's words, 'mood follows action not the other way around'. You must take the action in spite of how you feel.
This creates the mind shift of growth.
